coUniverse Account Deletion Instructions
Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your game progress, achievements, companions, and saved data will be permanently removed from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
Four steps, inside the app:
Open the coUniverse app
Sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap Me on the right-hand rail
On the Home screen. It shows your avatar once you have one.
Open the menu, then Settings
The menu icon is in the top-right corner.
Tap Delete account and confirm
At the bottom of Settings, under Account Management.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers
- All game progress, achievements, companions, and in-game items will be lost
- You will no longer have access to any premium features or purchases
- Your username will become available for others to use
- This action cannot be reversed — you cannot recover your account after deletion

Data Retention
Your account and personal data are removed from our live systems as soon as you confirm deletion. In compliance with data protection regulations including GDPR, any remaining copies held in backups are permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes as permitted by law. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
